How to Buy a Vehicle
  • Fill out registration form, Must have a Valid Drivers License, $200 CASH Deposit per vehicle! If you want to purchase multiple vehicles, you MUST have a deposit per vehicle!!!
     
  • You will receive a Bidders Badge (You must have it visible for the auctioneer or Ring man.)
     
  • Look over the car you want to purchase!
     
  • No Vehicle is warranted by the auction ( Check Auction Rules)
     
  • When you are ready to bid on a car you must be aware of the light codes.

    Red Light = As Is
    Green Light = you can arbitrate for Engine Knocking, Transmission and Rear End Noise
    Yellow Light = Special announcements
     
  • Once bidding is over and the ring man acknowledges you purchased the vehicle, you will sign your name next to the auction block and receive a yellow copy (receipt) for later.
     
  • If this copy says IF IF IF, you must go into the office and wait to see if the seller will accept your bid ( Ask Staff). Once the auction staff contacts the seller and they accept the bid, you may pay for the vehicle.
     
  • If seller doesn't agree to the price, you have the right to counter offer or take your bidder badge and go bid on something else.
     
  • If the seller accepted your bid and it is on a GREEN LIGHT, you may have the Arbitrator drive your vehicle to make sure the Engine (has no Knock), Transmission ( Has no slip), and Rear End ( has no sounds). CHECK ARBITRATION RULES.
     
  • If vehicle passes arbitration, congratulation, you are an owner and you must pay for the vehicle with cash or credit card.
     
  • If vehicle fails arbitration, you may get your bidder badge back and bid on another vehicles or get your deposit back.
     
  • If you have not found anything to buy, bring in your bidder badge and we will return your deposit.
     
  • Once the auction is over and all the cars have run through, you may bid on the cars that did not sell. There will be a letter & Number e.g.. D45 or F15.
     
  • Once you have found the Letter and Number, Ask the office staff for a price.
     
  • If you purchase a vehicle and do not pay for it, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT!

How to Sell a Vehicle
  • You must have your vehicle to the auction before 9:30am.
     
  • You will fill out a registration form that you accept and acknowledge that...
     
  • The sellers name must match the title!
     
  • The title can't have a bank lean against it! You must have a CLEAN TITLE.
     
  • We recommend you stay and represent your vehicle!!!
     
  • If you have to leave your vehicle, we MUST HAVE A GOOD CONTACT NUMBER.
     
  • You must leave us your minimum or reserve price for your vehicle.
     
  • You must tell us if it should be on a:

    Red Light = As Is
    Green Light = Ride & Drive
    Yellow Light = Announcements
     
  • Once your vehicle has run through the auction, we will call you with any bids unless it sold for the minimum or reserved bid.
     
  • If you SOLD your vehicle, you will have 30 days to produce a title.
     
  • We will pay you on Monday for the price it sold for after fees.
     
  • If buyer doesn't pay for your vehicle, you will get half of there deposit $100 and we will rerun your vehicle.
     
  • If your vehicle didn't sell, you must pick it up before 5:00 pm Monday.
